ASPIRAN

Asosiasi Sawit Bapakat Berkelanjutan Seruyan

is a multi-stakeholder platform dedicated to advancing jurisdictional, sustainable palm oil in Seruyan District, Central Kalimantan.

Established on September 19, 2024

ASPIRAN serves as a formal forum that convenes actors across the palm oil supply chain—plantation companies, scheme (plasma) smallholders, independent smallholders, collectors/intermediaries, mills, and civil society organizations.

ASPIRAN provides a cross-sector collaboration space to address key challenges in realizing sustainable palm oil—ranging from the cost and technical complexity of certification, to the need for coordination among actors, and the importance of international market recognition. Through a district-based (jurisdictional) approach, ASPIRAN brings stakeholders together to co-create solutions that are more efficient, fair, and inclusive.
